We defined these messages as Minimum. If you need just NetBeans Platform localization, please contribute Minimum translations.

• Minimum - core part of NetBeans, corresponding to NetBeans Platform
  .properties files and .html files (except javahelp) under following directories. core, openide, autoupdate, libs and projects are being used in NetBeans Platform. so we would like to consider them as Minimum (we used Core) requirement for translation.
